Sometimes you don't need a new site, you need someone to fix the one you've got. Breakfast diagnoses what's actually wrong and sorts it, without talking you into a full rebuild you don't need.
Plenty of sites don't need replacing — they need rescuing. Maybe it's slow, or broken on phones, or the person who built it has vanished, or you can no longer log in to change your own opening hours. I can usually help.
I start by finding out what's genuinely wrong, then tell you the truth: whether a few targeted fixes will do it, or whether you'd honestly be better off starting fresh. I'd rather lose the bigger job than sell you one you don't need.

What it costs
I usually start with a fixed-price audit so you know what you're getting into for a small, known amount. Any fixes after that are scoped and quoted separately, so you're never signing a blank cheque. If the honest answer is that a rebuild would cost less than endless patching, I'll say so.
How long it takes
The audit is quick — usually within a week or two. How long fixes take depends entirely on what I find.
